XVOIDPRO for hairpin analysis. Copper hairpins are used today in high power electric motors. The hairpins are used to connect the copper leads of the stators. The hairpins are welded with a laser. XVOIDPRO software is used to analyze the welded hairpins for voids, foreign inclusions and shape. XVOIDPRO is used both for analysis of the welded hairpins in the laboratory and for fully automatic control on the production line.
