High Energy Computer Tomography

Linear accelerators High-energy computed tomography systems for large objects that are difficult to radiograph. X-ray systems for parts up to several meters can be realized, for example to scan an entire vehicle.

With our modular manipulator unit, it is also possible to upgrade existing 2D linear accelerator systems to 3D. High-precision manipulators and rotary tables with the ability to rotate samples of several tons in the smallest angular steps guarantee excellent CT results.

E-Mobility

E-mobility places high demands on X-ray testing technology. For example, e-motors have a high density due to the materials used, such as copper, sheet metal, magnets and steel axles.

X-ray systems with conventional radiation sources up to 600 kV are unsuitable here.

Alternatively, linear accelerator high-energy computed tomography on complete vehicles is used to check installed components such as batteries. In addition, XXL CT scanning on crashed vehicles enables a nominal-actual comparison with the CAD model.
